Motel 6 Las Vegas is one of my favorite Motel 6 locations in the country. During my last trip there, I stayed in Motel 6 Las Vegas- Tropicana. I was half expecting the motel to be in some remote area because it was so cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the MGM right across the motel, when I arrived.Yes, the Las Vegas Strip was only a few steps away from me, so I got the location for a bargain price of only US$40 a night. Now, I had more money to use on gambling and watching shows because of the discounted motel reservations they offer.
Motel 6 Las Vegas— a Good Alternative to the 5-star Hotels
The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating when I first entered the motel. They gave me a room near the front of the motel, which was good because there were some seedy fellows hanging out behind the building.When I got to my room, I found it a bit on the small side, although it looked newly renovated and furnished. It was very clean, and there was a brand new flat screen television installed. Before I went to bed that night, I took a dip in the pool. The landscaping around it is so beautiful, it gives you the illusion that you’re booked in a 5-star hotel.
I spent most of the next day gambling in the Luxor Hotel. For dinner, I had my first Hooters experience. Now I know why my guy friends love the place. Then, I watched the live pirate performance, and the exploding volcano, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Strip.
